การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพื่อยกระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ตามกรอบอ้างอิงทางภาษาของสหภาพยุโรป ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินการศึกษาดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านการพัฒนาตนเองด้านทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร และ 3) การใช้และประเมินผลหลักสูตร เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ของโรงเรียนบ้านย่านตาขาว อำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยนักเรียนที่มีความสนใจหรือสมัครใจในการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินทักษะภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง ฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านการพัฒนาตนเองด้านทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อยกระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ตามกรอบอ้างทางภาษาของสหภาพยุโรป ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการใช้ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษยู่ในระดับพอใช้ สามารถสื่อสารได้ตามความสามารถของระดับชั้น ขาดการฝึกฝนทักษะ และขาดความรู้เรื่องคำศัพท์ ไม่กล้าแสดงออก นำทักษะภาษาอังกฤษไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันอยู่ในระดับน้อย นำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตจริงไม่ถูกต้อง ขาดการสนับสนุนจากทางโรงเรียนและทางบ้าน และขาดความแม่นยำในการนำทักษะภาษาอังกฤษไปใช้ และนักเรียนมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองด้านทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร
2.1 ผลการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพื่อยกระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ตามกรอบอ้างอิงทางภาษาของสหภาพยุโรป ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และคู่มือการใช้หลักสูตร หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบ่งเป็น 4 แผนการฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการฝึกอบรมที่ 1 เรื่อง Hello 2) แผนการฝึกอบรมที่ 2 เรื่อง Myself 3) แผนการฝึกอบรมที่ 3 เรื่อง Classroom Objects และ 4) แผนการฝึกอบรมที่ 4 เรื่อง Happy Birthday
2.2 ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพคุณภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพื่อยกระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ตามกรอบอ้างอิงทางภาษาของสหภาพยุโรป ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรมีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 และความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร มีค่าความเหมาะสมมาก
