การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยความพึงพอใจในงานและพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท เพรสิเด้นท์โฮเต็ลและทาวเวอร์ จำกัด (โซนออฟฟิศ) โดยตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความพึงพอใจในงานและพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงาน ที่ส่งผลถึงการขาดอัตรากำลังพนักงาน อันเนื่องมาจากการลาออก และ ความคิดเห็นที่พนักงานมีต่อบริษัทฯ ในงานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาตัวแปร จำนวน 3 ตัวแปร คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยความพึงพอใจในงาน และ พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทำการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณเป็นพื้นฐานในการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของเส้นทางความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรในกรอบแนวคิด
ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ปัจจัยความพึงพอใจในงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท เพรสิเด้นท์โฮเต็ลและทาวเวอร์ จำกัด (โซนออฟฟิศ) มากกว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งปัจจัยความพึงพอใจในงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ฯ ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท ฯ โดยปัจจัยด้านความความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อนร่วมงานของพนักงาน บริษัทฯส่งผลมากที่สุด รองลงมาโดยเรียงตามลำดับ คือ ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงในงาน ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการบริหารงาน ปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยด้านความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงาน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในที่ทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านความสำเร็จในหน้าที่การงาน และ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัทฯ น้อยที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านเงินเดือน
