การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาพลักษณ์โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรและความพึงพอใจของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ที่มีผลต่อการสื่อสารของโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยทำการเก็บเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistic) ซึ่งได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สำหรับการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติ T-test และสถิติ Analysis of Variance – ANOVA กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5
