บทคัดยอ
การจัดทำผลงานวิจัย/งานสร้างสรรค์ในครั้งนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ระบบการจัดการประวัติอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน (คอมพิวเตอร์) ผ่านเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสะดวกในการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประวัติอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และสามารถตรวจสอบประวัติการซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน รวมทั้งผู้ใช้งานสามารถแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์สำนักงานของตนผ่านเว็บได้ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถจัดทำรายงาน เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้อำนวยการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ข้อมูลตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองผลงานเป็นข้อมูลการดำเนินงานโดยใช้ข้อมูลจาก โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทร์วิโรฒ ปทุมวัน เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการพัฒนาและทดสอบโปรแกรม
ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ระบบการจัดการประวัติอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน (คอมพิวเตอร์) ผ่านเว็บ พบว่าโปรแกรมสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุง ข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ ข้อมูลการเคลมอุปกรณ์ ค้นหาข้อมูลประวัติอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และรายงานสรุปประวัติอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean=4.51) และเมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าในด้านการตรงตามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean=4.50) ด้านการทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันงานของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean=4.49) ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งานระบบอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean=4.46) ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลในระบบอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean=4.60) จากแบบประเมินผลการทดสอบการใช้งานโปรแกรมของผู้ใช้ระบบจากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทร์วิโรฒ ปทุมวัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 20 คน
เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ คือ Gantt chart, System flowchart, Context diagram, Data flow diagram, Process description, E-R diagram, Data dictionary ส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ คือ Adobe dreamweaver CS6 ซึ่งใช้ในการทำหน้าเว็บเพื่อติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน และใช้ Appserv 2.5.10 ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ภาษา PHP ใช้ในการเขียนคำสั่งควบคุมการทำงานของโปรแกรม My SQL เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ ในระบบและ Apache HTTP Server ในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่าง Server และ Client ของ World Wide Web
