โรงแรมคาทิน่าตั้งอยู่ 5/61 ถนนศักดิเดช ตำบลตลาดเหนือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นอาคารสูง 12 ชั้น
มีห้องพักรวม 220 ห้อง, 4 ห้องประชุม, 1 ห้องอาหาร, 1 สระว่ายน้ำ และอื่นๆ (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ตามเอกสารแนบ)
เนื้อที่ดินรวม 7 ไร่ 54.7 ตารางวา ต้องการขอสนับสนุนวงเงินกู้ 360 ล้านบาทถ้วน ตามละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
1. วงเงิน โดยประมาณ 230 ล้านบาท สำหรับไถ่ถอนจากธนาคารกรุงไทย
2. วงเงิน 50 ล้านบาท สำหรับปรับปรุงห้องพักและห้องประชุม แบ่งเป็น
2.1 ปรับปรุงห้องพักจำนวน 200 ห้อง ห้องละ 200,000 บาท เป็นจำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 40 ล้านบาท
2.2 ปรับปรุงห้องประชุม 4 ห้อง เป็นจำนวนเงิน 10 ล้านบาท
3. ค่าดำเนินการ 10% ของวงเงินกู้ เป็นจำนวนเงิน 36 ล้านบาท
4. วงเงินเป็นเงินหมุนเวียน 10 ล้านบาท
5. ค่าธรรมเนียมและภาษีสำหรับโอนทรัพย์คืนจากธนาคารกรุงไทยโดยประมาณ 15 ล้านบาท
6. ชำระหนี้นอกระบบ 19 ล้านบาท
รวมเป็นทั้งสิ้น 360 ล้านบาทถ้วน
ดอกเบี้ยร้อยละ 1.5 ต่อปี จะชำระให้เป็นรายเดือน หรือ รายปี แล้วแต่จะกรุณา
