ปัญหาความเครียด นับเป็นปัญหาที่พบได้ทั่วไปในหมู่นักศึกษาทุกคน มีผลมาจากหลายสาเหตุเช่น การตั้งความหวังของผู้ปกครอง การปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการเรียนการสอน เป็นต้น ทำให้นักศึกษาที่ปรับตัวไม่ได้เกิดความเครียด ซึ่งอาการเหล่านี้อาจจะส่งผลกระทบต่อ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และบุคลิกภาพส่วนตัวของนักศึกษา

จากสภาพปัญหาความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับตัวในมหาวิทยาลัยวิทยาเขตกาญจนบุรีของดิฉันมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเรียน และด้านสภาพแวดล้อม การจัดการกับความเครียดของฉันคือการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมในมหาวิทยาลัย รู้จักอดทน บริหารเวลาให้เหมาะสม มีการวางแผนในการเรียน ทำงานอดิเรก เช่น ดูหนัง ฟังเพลง เป็นต้น
