การศึกษาการการจัดการโซ่อุปทานบริษัทท่องเที่ยว (ตั๋วเครื่องบิน) กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ราชพฤกษ์ ทราเวล จำกัด ผู้ศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโล จิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานของบริษัทตัวแทนจำหน่ายตั๋วเครื่องบิน และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการจัดการโล- จิสติกส์การขายตั๋ว แบบE-Ticket และระบบการขายตั๋วแบบเดิม(กระดาษ)
วิธีการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการศึกษาโดย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้จากการค้นคว้าข้อมูลของบริษัท และจากแหล่งค้นคว้าต่างๆ เช่น เอกสาร วารสาร งานวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ วรรณกรรม และได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กับผู้จัดการ และพนักงานในส่วนงานแผนกสำรองที่นั่ง และแผนกตั๋วเครื่องบิน และนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
