5. ดัชนีประสิทธิผล หมายถึง อัตราความก้าวหน้าในการเรียน เมื่อเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรม
บทเรียน เรื่องการอ่านเพื่อจับใจความสำคัญ โดยเปรียบเทียบค่าความแตกต่างระหว่างคะแนน
ทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้นตามวิธีของ กูดแมน, เฟรทเชอร์ และชไนเดอร์
