สังคมและจากผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในสายวิชาต่างๆพบว่า คุณภาพบัณฑิตโดยรวมยังต้องแก้ไข และพัฒนา
ทั้งในด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเพิ่มขึ้นจึงมีความจ าเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องพัฒนา
บัณฑิตให้เป็นผู้ที่มีลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์3 ประการคือ
