ข้อ 6. ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดผิดสัญญายอมให้คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งบอกเลิกสัญญา หรือฟ้องบังคับให้ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาตลอดจนเรียกค่าเสียหายได้
