โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบจองที่พักและอาคารสัมมนาสวนสัตว์อุบลราชธานี ซึ่งพัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP และ ใช้ MySQL เป็นฐานข้อมูล โดยนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการจัดการที่พักและอาคารสัมมนาในสวนสัตว์อุบลราชธานีในรูปแบบของเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น โดยได้นำเทคนิค Responsive Web Design มาใช้ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาซึ่งทำให้สามารถใช้กับอุปกรณ์หลายรูปแบบผ่านเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นได้อย่างเหมาะสม เช่น สมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ต เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล เป็นต้น สารสนเทศที่ได้จากระบบสามารถนำไปใช้ในการบริหารทรัพยากรในสวนสัตว์อุบลราชธานีให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
