การให้บริการนำร่อง
ข้อ 11 กำหนดเวลาเรือผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้า -ออก และเลื่อนที่จอด
11.1 เขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เขตที่ 1
ก. เรือที่เข้าเขต 1 แต่ไม่เกิน ทุ่น 2 ให้เข้าได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เว้นแต่เรือที่จะผ่านเข้าไปจอดเทียบท่า 23
ถ้าเรือที่มีความยาวตลอดลำมากกว่า 400 ฟุต (121.92 เมตร) และต้องกลับลำ จะต้องเข้าจากสถานีนำร่อง
ระหว่างเวลา 04.00 น. ถึง 15.00 น. กรณีออกจากท่า 23 ถ้าเรือมีความยาวตลอดลำเรือมากกว่า 400 ฟุต
(121.92 เมตร) หากต้องกลับลำจะต้องออกเรือเฉพาะเวลากลางวัน

11.2 เขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เขตที่ 2
ก. เรือที่ผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้าและออก จะจัดบริการนำร่องให้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เว้นแต่เรือที่ผ่านเข้าไปทอดจอด
เหนือท่า 21 C ขึ้นไปจนสุดเขต ถ้าต้องกลับลำจะต้องเข้าจากสถานีนำร่องในระหว่างเวลา 04.00 น. ถึงเวลา
15.00 น. และกรณีเรือที่จะผ่านออก ถ้าต้องกลับลำ จะต้องออกเรือเฉพาะเวลากลางวัน ยกเว้นหรือที่มี
ความยาวตลอดลำไม่เกิน 400 ฟุต (121.92 เมตร) ที่เข้าและออกจากท่า 21E 21D และ 21B

ก. เรือที่ผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้าและออก จะจัดบริการนำร่องให้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ยกเว้นเรือจะเข้าเทียบหลัก
ผูกเรือกลางน้ำบางหัวเสือ จะต้องเข้าจากสถานีนำร่องในเวลา 05.00 น. ถึง 15.00 น.
ข. เรือเลื่อนที่จอดเข้าเทียบหลักผูกเรือกลางน้ำบางหัวเสือ จะต้องให้เรือลำนั้นเข้าเทียบหลักดังกล่าวไม่เกิน 18.00 น.
11.4 กำหนดเวลาเลื่อนเรือที่จอดเรือทั้ง 3 เขต ให้เลื่อนตั้งแต่เวลา 06.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. เท่านั้น ยกเว้นกรณีจำเป็น
เพื่อการขนถ่ายสินค้า หรือเพื่อเปิดท่าให้แก่เรืออื่น หรือความจำเป็นอื่น ซึ่งกองนำร่องจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป
แต่ถ้าเป็นการเลื่อนเรือภายในเขตท่าเขตที่ 1 หรือระหว่างเขตที่ 1 กับ เขตที่ 2 เหนือท่า 21E ขึ้นไปจนสุดเขต
จะจัดบริการนำร่องให้ตั้งแต่ 07.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
ข้อ 12 กรณีที่ต้องใช้นายท่าผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของท่า ตามที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ก็ให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงที่ได้กระทำไว้กับกรมเจ้าท่า

หมวด 3
การขอใช้บริการนำร่อง

ข้อ 13 การขอใช้บริการนำร่อง ต้องแจ้งเป็นหนังสือตามแบบพิมพ์ Application For Pilotage ที่กำหนดแนบท้ายระเบียบนี้
ถึงกองนำร่อง กรมเจ้าท่า ในกรณีจำเป็นอาจแจ้งทางโทรศัพท์ หรือทางวิทยุได้แล้วเป็นหนังสือตามไปในโอกาสแรก
13.1 เรือขนาดธรรมดา (ORDINARY VESSELS) ให้แจ้งถึงกองนำร่องล่วงหน้า ตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ ดังนี้
13.1.1 ถ้าต้องการผ่านเข้าร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ ภายในเวลา 18.00 น. ของวันใดต้องแจ้งภายในเวลา 13.00 น.
ของวันก่อน
13.1.2 ถ้าต้องการผ่านเข้าร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ ตั้งแต่เวลา 19.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ของวันใดต้องแจ้งภายในเวลา 13.00 น.
ของวันนั้น
13.1.3 ถ้าต้องการผ่านออกร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ หรืเลื่อนที่จอด ภายในเวลา 16.00 น. ของวันใดต้องแจ้งภายใน
เวลา 13.00 น. ของวันก่อน
13.1.4 ถ้าต้องการผ่านออกร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ หรืเลื่อนที่จอด ตั้งแต่เวลา 17.00 น.เป็นต้นไป ของวันใดต้องแจ้ง
ภายในเวลา 13.00 น. ของวันนั้น
13.2 เรือขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ (SUPPER VESSELS)
13.2.1 ต้องแจ้งเป็นหนังสือถึงกองนำร่อง เพื่อพิจารณาถึงเหตุผลและความจำเป็นเสนอต่อกรมเจ้าท่า
เพื่อขอรับความเห็นชอบล่วงหน้าก่อนกำหนดที่เรือนั้นจะผ่านร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ เข้ามาไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน
พร้อมรายละเอียดของเรือขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ (SUPPER VESSELS) ตามรายการที่กำหนด ดังนี้
ก. ชื่อเรือ รหัสย่อชื่อเรือ สัญชาติ และปีที่สร้าง
ข. ชั้นของเรือ (CLASSIFICATION) และประเภทของเรือ(TYPE)
ค. ความเร็วบังคับเรือ ( MANOUEVERING SPEED ) และความเร็วเดินทะเล ( SEA SPEED )
ง. ระวางขับน้ำเป็นตันกรอสส์ ( GROSS TONNAGE ) ตันเนท ( NET TONNAGE ) และตันเวท
(DEAD WIEGHT TONNAGE)
จ. ขนาดเรือ ความยาวตลอดลำ ( L.O.A. ) ความยาวตั้งฉาก ( lL.B.P. ) และความกว้าง ( BREADTH )
อัตรากินน้ำลึกหัวและท้าย
ฉ. กำหนดเวลาถึงสถานีนำร่อง และเวลาผ่านเข้าร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ
ช. ท่าเรือตำบลซึ่งเรือนั้นประสงค์จะเทียบหรือทอดจอด
ฃ. ชื่อผู้ดูแลเรือ หรือผู้จัดการเรือ ( SHIP'S HUSBAND OR MANAGING OWNER ) ขณะเรือนั้น
อยู่ในเขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ
ฌ. ชื่อบริษัทประกันภัยหรือตัวแทนสโมสร พี แอนด์ ไอ ของเรือนั้น ในประเทศไทย
ญ. ชื่อบริษัทตัวแทนเรือ หรือตัวแทนเจ้าของเรือ
ฎ. ชื่อผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ ( PERSON IN CHARGE ) ของตัวแทนเรือ ในการติดต่อประสานงานเมื่อมี
การนำเรือผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้า ผ่านสันดอนฯ ออก หรือเลื่อนที่จอดเรือ
13.2.2 ก่อนถึงกำหนดเวลาผ่านร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ เข้า 2 วัน ให้แจ้งยืนยันกองนำร่อง ถึงกำหนดเวลาผ่านร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ
เข้าอีกครั้ง เพื่อจัดเจ้าพนักงานนำร่องผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นำร่องเรือดังกล่าวเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
13.2.3 กำหนดเวลาที่เรือนั้นจะผ่านเข้าร่องน้ำสันดอนฯ ที่แน่นอนให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อ 13.1 โดยอนุโลม
13.2.4 การแจ้งขอให้เรือเข้าจอดเทียบท่าเรือเอกชนใด ต้องมีหนังสือยินยอมจากเจ้าของท่านั้นๆ และหากจำเป็น
ต้องอาศัยสิทธิจากท่าข้างเคียง ในการผูกเชือกเรือหรือเรือที่เข้าเทียบยื่นล้ำหน้าท่าของผู้อื่นต้องมี
หนังสือยินยอม ของเจ้าของท่า นั้นๆ มาแสดง
13.2.5 ต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร และเจ
