ขื่อนฮูเวอร์ หรือ ฮูเวอร์แดม (Hoover Dam) และรู้จักในชื่อ โบลเดอร์แดม (Boulder Dam – เขื่อนหินยักษ์) เป็นเขื่อนคอนกรีตขนาดใหญ่กั้นแม่น้ำโคโลราโด ตั้งอยู่บนเขตแดนของมลรัฐเนวาดา และมลรัฐแอริโซนา ในสหรัฐอเมริกา สร้างเสร็จในปี พ.ศ. 2478 (ค.ศ. 1935) [1] ซึ่งในขณะที่สร้างเสร็จเป็นเขื่อนและโครงสร้างคอนกรีตขนาดที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก และกลายมาเป็นอันดับสองหลังจากเขื่อนแกรนด์คูลีสร้างเสร็จในปี พ.ศ. 2488 ปัจจุบันเขื่อนฮูเวอร์เป็นเขื่อนผลิตไฟฟ้าใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่ 34 ของโลก
