ผู้รับจ้างสัญญา และทราบดีว่า

5.2 จะจัดหารถยนต์ และพนักงานขับรถยนต์เพื่อทำงานที่จ้างให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง ณ คลังเอกสารของผู้ว่าจ้างตามข้อ 1. ตั้งแต่วัน............ถึงวัน.................. เวลา ……….. – ………น. ยกเว้น............................. และวันหยุดตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างกำหนด และแจ้งให้ผู้รับจ้างทราบเป็นคราว ๆ ด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้รับจ้างเองทั้งสิ้น
