โรงแรมชาเทรียม ริเวอร์ไซด์ กรุงเทพฯ เป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ใจกลางเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร บนถนนเจริญกรุง เพื่อบริการนักท่องเที่ยวในเรื่องของที่พักอาศัย อาหาร ซึ่งมีบริการต่างๆ มากมาย เพื่อความสะดวกของผู้ที่มาพัก อาทิเช่น ห้องพักที่สะอาด ทันสมัยมีวิวที่สวยงาม ติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ห้องอาหารจีน สถานที่ออกกำลังกาย สระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ที่ทางโรงแรมจัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อสนองให้ตรงกับความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งในการปฏิบัติงานครั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งพนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า โดยได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นพนักงานต้อนรับ รวมถึงการดูแลอำนวยความสะดวก การให้บริการข้อมูลด้านท่องเที่ยว การส่งอีเมล การจัดทำเอกสาร การให้บริการด้านธุรกิจและดูแลแขกในส่วนของห้องสังสรรค์สำหรับแขกพิเศษ รวมถึงการให้ข้อมูลทั่วไป
