16.ใน กรณีที่ผู้เช่าจะย้ายออกต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อน 1 เดือนและจะต้องทำความสะอาดห้องพักให้เรียบร้อยมิฉะนั้นจะคิดค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท
