I’ve been trying to get more detail form the supplier today. Owing to the unusual nature of the motors (NEMA, US specification but for a 380V, 50Hz supply that is not normal for US spec motors) they cannot give us the specific data that I suspect your customer wants.

Can you get an agreement that the data I gave you earlier today is acceptable to your customer - if you can then I can have the supplier complete the special work that’s needed to create the detailed data.
