บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภาษาท้องถิ่นและภาษาไทยเป็นสื่อ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการต่อเนื่องปีที่ 5 มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประเมินและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและทักษะการอ่านของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการศึกษาแบบทวิภาษา (ภาษาไทย-ภาษามลายูถิ่น) ในเขตพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนที่ใช้ภาษามลายูถิ่นเป็นภาษาแม่ใน 3 จังหวัด ยะลา ปัตตานี นราธิวาส ปีการศึกษา 2557 ของโรงเรียนทดลองและโรงเรียนคู่เทียบรวม 6 โรงเรียน จำนวน 306 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบทดสอบ 3 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ คือ วิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ ภาษาไทยและทักษะการอ่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าควอไทล์ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และขนาดอิทธิพล (effect size) ผลการประเมินพบว่า
1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนโดยภาพรวม
1.1 นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-5โรงเรียนทดลองมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่าโรงเรียนคู่เทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โดยที่ร้อยละของนักเรียนโรงเรียนทดลองที่สอบผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้ง 3 ชนิด (ร้อยละ 50 ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่ามัธยฐาน) มีจำนวนมากกว่านักเรียนโรงเรียนคู่เทียบ
