ก่อนเริ่มลดน้ำหนักตัวอยู่ที่ 60 กิโลกรัม โดยก่อนหน้านั้นก็หาวิธีลดมาเรื่อยๆ ทั้งทานยา ทั้งอดข้าว แต่ไม่เคยหันมาออกกำลังกายเลยแม้แต่นิดเดียว น้ำหนักตัวก็ขึ้นๆ ลงๆ อยู่เรื่อยๆ และช่วงหลังพอน้ำหนักมันขึ้นแล้วขึ้นเลยและไม่ลงอีก หลายๆคนเริ่มทักว่าทำไมอ้วนขนาดนี้? อ้วนขึ้นนะ! กินเยอะไปสิท่า! ออกกำลังกายบ้างนะ! พอเจอหลายๆเสียงเริ่มรับไม่ไหว ก็เลยขอความช่วยเหลือจากแฟน เพราะแฟนออกกำลัง ฉันจึงเริ่มจริงจรังกับการออกกำลังกายและควบคุมอาหารตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2558 จนปัจจุบันนี้ผ่านมา 4 เดือนกว่าแล้ว น้ำหนักฉันลดเหลือ54 กิโลกรัม นี่แหละคือประสบการณ์ของฉัน
