ต้องขอโทษด้วยที่ตอบกลับล่าช้าเนื่องจากวันศุกร์-อาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมาผมอยู่ต่างจังหวัด จึงเพิ่งมาได้อ่านอีเมล์เมื่อเช้านี้ และต้องยอมรับว่าในช่วงที่ผ่านมามีเรื่องร้องเรียนมาเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยทั้งหมดเป็นเรื่องความล่าช้า ในการจ่ายสินไหม เนื่องจากตัวUMคนเดิม ที่ไม่สามารถทำการพิจารณาจ่ายสินไหมได้ทันตามเวลาที่ควรจะเป็นจึงทำให้มีเคสคั่งค้างเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยส่วนมาจะเป็นเคสHIP มีบ้างที่เป็น PA & Dental ด้วยเหตุที่มีเคสเป็นจำนวนมากจากสาเหตุเดียวกันจึงไม่ได้มีการทำLISTเก็บไว้ อย่างไรก็ตามหากจะรวบรวมจริงๆก็สามารถทำได้ แต่อย่างที่แจ้งไปข้างต้นว่าผมเพิ่งได้อ่านอีเมล์เมื่อเช้าวันนี้ ประกอบกับมีจำนวนเคสร้องเรียนเป็นจำนวนมากจึง ไม่น่าจะสามารถรวบรวมได้ทันตามระยะเวลาที่ทางคุณต้องการซึ่งผมต้องขออภัยอย่างยิ่ง
