บ้านศรีแดนเมือง เป็นหมู่บ้านหนึ่งที่อ าเภอดอยหล่อคัดเลือกให้ด าเนินงานตามโครงการ
หมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบระดับ “พออยู่ พอกิน” เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ๘๔ พรรษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ
ส่งเสริมการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านให้มีระบบบริหารจัดการชุมชน และ
เพื่อให้เป็นจุดเรียนรู้ส าหรับการขยายผลไปสู่หมู่บ้านอื่น โดยให้ชุมชนเรียนรู้จากความส าเร็จของชุมชนเอง
และสามารถเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ของคนในชุมชนและคนภายนอกชุมชน ในการพัฒนาความคิด พัฒนาอาชีพ
และรายได้ รวมทั้งการแก้ไขปัญหาอื่นๆ ของชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยได้รับสนับสนุน
งบประมาณจากกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน เป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น ๑๒๐,๓๒๐ บาท(หนึ่งแสนสองหมื่นสามร้อยยี่สิบ-
บาทถ้วน) ด าเนินกิจกรรมตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับแยกเป็น ๕ กิจกรรม โดยกิจกรรมที่ ๑ – ๔
