ค) ต้องมีเครื่องมือทดสอบรายการตามข้อกำหนดในหลักเกณฑ์เฉพาะในการรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นอย่างน้อยและต้องทดสอบเป็นประจำที่โรงงาน
