สวัสดีครับ หนุ่มสาวชาวออฟฟิศทุกท่าน ช่วงนี้การประชุมก็เริ่มจะต้องใช้ข้อมูลมากขึ้นทุกวันๆ
บางทีแค่จดก็ไม่พอซะแล้ว ครั้นจะทำแบบนักข่าว อัดเสียงไปด้วย จดไปด้วย ก็ลำบากไปนิดหน่อย
เพราะเริ่มจะจับต้นชนปลายไม่ถูกว่าจะโน้ตให้ตรงกับช่วงเวลาไหน
ถ้าเป็นนักข่าวก็อาจจะไม่มีอะไรมากครับ จำเนื้อหาไปก็จบ แต่เราๆ นี่สิ
นอกจากการประชุมยังมีงานต้องทำอีกสารพัดสารเพ
แถมบางทีอัดไฟล์เสียงไว้ซะเยอะจนไม่รู้ว่าไฟล์ไหนเป็นไฟล์เสียงห้องประชุมอีกต่างหาก
จะมาเปิดฟังทีละตัวก็… โอย ตายๆๆๆ แต่ไม่เป็นไรครับ ภายใต้ฟ้าสวรรค์ไม่มีอะไรเป็นไปไม่ได้
jobBIGger ขอเสนอแอพเล็กๆ ที่จะช่วยชีวิตการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะการอัดเสียง ไม่ว่าจะงานเล็กงานใหญ่มานำเสนอ

แอพตัวนี้มีชื่อว่า Voice Recording Pro 7 นั่นเองครับ สำหรับเลข 7
นี่ก็ไม่ใช่บอกเวอร์ชันว่าพัฒนามายาวนานหรอกนะครับ
เพียงแต่ว่าเป็นการบอกว่าเวอร์ชันนี้ถูกดีไซน์มาให้เข้ากับ Flat Design ของ iOS 7 นั่นเอง
(มีอีกเวอร์ชันที่ไม่มีเลข 7 ก็สวยดีนะครับ) โดยเจ้าแอพตัวนี้นอกจากจะเป็นแอพอัดเสียงแล้ว
ยังจะทำได้ทุกอย่างที่จำเป็นกับไฟล์เสียงของเราอีกด้วยครับ ว่าแล้วก็มาดูกันเลยดีกว่า



สำหรับเวอร์ชันที่เอามาให้ดูนี้เป็นของ iPad นะครับ ภาพเลยจะดูกว้างๆ หน่อย
หน้าตาก็เป็นดังที่เห็นนี่ล่ะครับ มีแถบวัดเสียงโก้ๆ สองตัว (อันนี้ก็ไม่รู้จะทำมาอวดทำไมสองอันนะครับ
เพราะไมค์ของ iPhone/iPad มันเป็นโมโน คงจะทำให้ดูเหมือนที่อัดเสียงของจริงเสียมากกว่า)
สำหรับสิ่งที่น่าสนใจในตอนนี้ขอพุ่งไปที่บรรทัด Setting ก่อนครับ

เนื่องจากตอนนี้ยังไม่มีไฟล์ที่อัดเสียงนั่นเอง ทำให้ปุ่ม Edit , Sort, Multiple Select ยังไม่สามารถแตะได้
มีตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจก็คือรูปก้อนเมฆนั่นเองครับ



เนื่องจากตอนนี้ยังไม่มีไฟล์ที่อัดเสียงนั่นเอง ทำให้ปุ่ม Edit , Sort, Multiple Select ยังไม่สามารถแตะได้
มีตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจก็คือรูปก้อนเมฆนั่นเองครับ
ต…ตัวเลือกเยอะมากครับ งานนี้ใครใช้บริการฝากไฟล์ออนไลน์ชื่อดังของเจ้าไหนก็สบายไปเลย
เพราะรองรับดังๆ มาหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive หรือ Box
งานนี้อัดเสียงเสร็จกดอัพขึ้นไปเลยไม่มีลืมไว้ในเครื่อง แล้วปะปนกับเสียงอื่นๆ อย่างแน่นอนครับ
โดยตัวเลือกมีทั้งอิมพอร์ตจากบริการฝากไฟล์ และส่งขึ้นไปยังบริการฝากไฟล์นั่นเอง









แน่นอนครับ ทุกเจ้าเหมือนกันหมด คือถ้าต้องการจะใช้บริการส่วนนี้ต้องล็อกอินเข้ากับระบบเสียก่อน
งานนี้ใครเลือกระบบไหนก็ล็อกอินกันตามสบายเลยครับ


มาดูคำสั่งตั้งค่ากันบ้างครับ ตัวเลือกมีเยอะเลยทีเดียว แต่ที่มีประโยชน์จริงๆ ก็มีเพียง Setting, Calibrate
Audio Engine และ Upgrade to remove Ads เท่านั้นครับ นอกนั้นไม่ค่อยจะก่อประโยชน์อะไรเท่าไหร่




ตัวเลือกของ Voice Recorder Pro 7 นั้นค่อนข้างจะละเอียดดีครับ โดยระบุไว้ละเอียดว่าอะไรเป็นอะไรบ้าง
คำแนะนำคือไม่ต้องไปปรับอะไรเลยครับ

• Instant Recording – เมื่อเลือกตัวเลือกนี้ กดปุ่มบันทึกแล้วจะทำการบันทึกทันที
(ไม่ถามว่าจะต้องการปรับแต่งค่าอะไรบ้าง) แต่ถ้าต้องการจะปรับ ก็สามารถทำได้โดยการกดปุ่ม
Record ค้างไว้ขั้นต่ำ 2 วินาทีครับ
• Minimum Space – เป็นการระบุว่าถ้าหากใน iPhone หรือ iPad
มีพื้นที่น้อยกว่านี้จะไม่ทำการอัดเสียงครับ ทางผู้พัฒนาแนะนำว่าไม่ควรจะต่ำกว่า 100MB
• Maximum duration –ช่วงเวลายาวที่สุดต่อการอัดหนึ่งครั้ง
เมื่อถึงช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดระบบจะหยุดอัดเสียงโดยอัตโนมัติครับ
• Export Extension – นามสกุลไฟล์เมื่อทำการแปลง โดยปกติจะเป็น MP4 ครับ
เพราะเครื่องเล่นบางตัวไม่สามารถเล่น M4A ได้นั่นเอง ทางผู้พัฒนาบอกจะเปลี่ยนเป็น M4A ก็ได้
ถ้าต้องการ
• Theme – อันนี้คงไม่ต้องอธิบายครับ สีของธีมนั่นเอง
• Keep Screen ON – เมื่อเลือกตัวเลือกนี้หน้าจอจะไม่ดับเลยครับ
แต่ทำแบบนี้แบตเตอรีก็จะใช้มากขึ้นไปด้วย เพราะจอไม่ได้ตัดการทำงานออกไปนั่นเอง
• Prefix Export Files – ถ้าเลือกตัวเลือกนี้ ไฟล์จะขึ้นต้นชื่อด้วย vrp- ครับ เพื่อให้รู้ว่ามาจากแอพ
Voice Record Pro
• Show Recording Panel – ตัวเลือกนี้ไว้แสดงแผงอัดเสียงครับ
• Show Playing Panel – ตัวเลือกนี้ไว้แสดงตัวควบคุมตำแหน่งเสียงในแต่ละไฟล์
• Export Meta Data – ตัวเลือกนี้จะทำการแนบไฟล์ .meta.txt แนบไปกับไฟล์เสียง ในกรณีที่มีโน้ต
หรือรูปภาพ หรือข้อมูลแทรกใดๆ ครับ



ตัวเลือก Calibrate Audio Engine จะทำให้ตัวเครื่องสังเกตจากเสียงรอบตัวเรา
และตัดออกไปเมื่อทำการอัดเสียงครับ ควรจะทำทุกครั้งก่อนที่จะอัดไฟล์
เพราะแต่ละที่ก็มีสภาพแวดล้อมทางเสียงไม่เหมือนกันนั่นเอง


ตัวเลือก Recommend นั้นไม่มีอะไรครับ นอกจากแชร์ออกไปให้เพื่อนๆ รู้ว่าเราใช้แอพตัวนี้เท่านั้น




สำหรับ Feedback จะเป็นการส่งอีเมล์กลับไปหาผู้พัฒนา ส่วน Other App คือแอพอื่นๆ
ที่ทางผู้พัฒนาแอพตัวนี้มีครับ




สำหรับตัวเลือก Remove Ads จะเป็นการสนับสนุนนักพัฒนาด้วยการจ่ายเงิน
ทำให้โฆษณาหายไปนั่นเองครับ จริงๆ แล้วต่อให้ไม่จ่ายเงิน เราก็ยังใช้ฟีเจอร์ได้ครบถ้วนอยู่ดีครับ
แต่ไหนๆ ก็ไหนๆ แล้ว jobBIGger ขอกดจ่ายเงินสักครู่นะครับ





ว่าแล้วก็เข้าประเด็นเรื่องการอัดเสียงเสียที (หลังจากออกทะเลไปไกลมาก) เมื่อกดปุ่ม Record
ตัวแอพจะพาเรามายังหน้าเลือกคุณภาพของไฟล์เสียง (ถ้าเลือก Instant Record ไว้ จะข้ามหน้านี้ไป)
ส่วนตัวเลือก Advance จะให้เราปรับแต่ง sample rate และ bit rate ได้ตามใจชอบครับ
สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่รู้ว่ามันแตกต่างกันอย่างไร jobBIGgerแนะนำว่าเลือก Medium ในหน้า Preset ก็เพียงพอแล้วครับ








ว่าแล้วลองกด Level Check เพื่อทดสอบสักครู่ครับ ว่าเสียงออกมาอย่างที่ควรจะเป็นหรือไม่ โอเค
เครื่องjobBIGgerชัดแจ๋วดีครับ โชว์ให้เห็นว่าระดับเสียงตอนนี้ทำงานได้เป็นปกติดี

เมื่อเลือกแล้วก็จะมีให้พิมพ์เข้าไปเลย แถมพออัดเสร็จก็… ตัวเลือกเยอะมาก โอ้ย เลือกไม่ถูก
เยอะแยะไปหมด



ทดลองเล่นดูครับ มีโน้ตที่จดไว้เลือกเร่งความเร็วได้อื้ม เสียงเราเองก็ตลกดีนะเนี่ย แถมพอเร่งเป็น 2 เท่า
ยิ่งเป็นเป็ดเลยทีเดียว สำหรับความเร็ว/ช้า ปรับได้ในแถบ Playback Speed ครับ
