ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหาย ซ

ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหาย ซึ่งเป็นเงินมากกว่าหลักประกันการปฎิบัติงาน และค่าเสียหายต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายที่เพิ่มขึ้นในการทำงานต่อจนครบกำหนดเวลาตามสัญญา และค่าใช้จ่ายในการควบคุมงานเพิ่ม (ถ้ามี) ซึ่งผู้จ้างจะหักจากหลักประกัน หรือจำนวนเงินใดๆที่จะจ่ายให้แก่ผู้รับจ้าง
