Master Plan for Company Training FY2015เอกสารดังกล่าวยังเป็น Draft Version ยังไม่เป็น Official Plan ซึ่งบางหัวข้อซึ่งมีกำหนดให้มีการอบรม ตั้งแต่เดือน April 2015 นั้น ใช้ Draft ในการดำเนินการ
WI หลายตัวไม่ได้ถูกทบทวนให้เป็นปัจจุบันทุกๆ 2 ปี ตามที่กำหนด เช่น WI-K-20 Rev. 11 “Orientation for New Employee” พบว่ามีการจัดทำเอกสารฉบับนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ Nov 1’12
ในการจัดทำเอกสาร Vendor list No. ASL-01 R.2(Nava) ไม่พบการเซ็นต์อนุมัติให้ใช้บริการ Vender list นั้นๆ
ในการจัดทำเอกสาร Vendor list No. ASL-01 R.1(Korat) พบว่า Form No.01-138/Feb'09 ที่ใช้ มีการแก้ไขโดยการเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของการจัดเตรียมและอนุมัติ แต่ไม่ได้ update Form ที่อยู่ใน QPRO-19-05/A Rev.1
ข้อเสนอแนะ : จัดทำเอกสาร Vender List โดยให้มีการเซ็นต์อนุมัติ เพื่อสามารถอ้างอิงได้ว่า vendor เจ้าไหนบ้างที่บริษัทอนุมัติให้ใช้บริการได้ และทุกครั้งที่ทำการแก้ไข Form ขอให้update Form ที่อยู่ใน QPRO หรือ WI นั้นๆด้วย
-ในการควบคุมเอกสาร PUR(Nava)เป็น Center ในการแจกจ่ายเอกสาร ให้กับ PUR(Korat) พบว่ามีไม่การแจกจ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานให้ PUR-Korat เช่น WI-A-346 Rev. 1 เรื่อง มาตรฐานการจัดทำรายงานควบคุมวัตถุดิบที่เป็นทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า
Training system พบว่าพนักงานชื่อ อมรรัตน์ พรโสภิณ รหัส 02K0578 ซึ่งเข้าทำงานมาประมาณ 1 ปี ไม่พบ Record การTraining ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานหลาย WI
จากการตรวจสอบการดำเนินการเมื่อมี complaint เกิดขึ้น ตาม WI-H-18 “Process for NC complaint to supplier” ระบุให้บันทึกข้อมูลลงในแบบฟอร์ม No.. 02-46/Jun’14 แต่จากการตรวจสอบ NCPR No. K25-14/H23 “Hole on carton of Sampling Port L3 product” พบว่าพนักงานบันทึกข้อมูลลงในแบบฟอร์ม No. 02-46/Feb’06 ซึ่งเป็นแบบฟอร์มเก่า ( การแก้ไข Form No. เนื่องจากเปลี่ยนชื่อแผนก)
