ในตำบลนางพญา อำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ให้กับองค์กรปกครองในท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไปของตำบลนางพญา อำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 190 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling)
