8. ส่วนชายหรือหญิงที่บริจาคอสุจิหรือไข่ซึ่งนํามาใช้ปฏิสนธิเป็นตัวอ่อนเพื่อการตั้งครรภ์หรือผู้บริจาคตัวอ่อน และเด็กที่เกิดจากอสุจิ ไข่ หรือตัวอ่อนที่บริจาคดังกล่าว ไม่มีสิทธิและหน้าที่ระหว่างกันตามกฎหมาย
