ศรีภูธร คณบดีคณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสกลนคร ซึ่งในข้อตกลงนี้ เรียกว่า “คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ บริษัทซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ”โดย นายจงสงวน เลิศธนสาร ประธานกรรมการ บริษัทซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด นายภูชิสส์ ศรีเจริญ ประธานกรรมการสถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และดร.วิชัย ศิรินคร ประธานกรรมการสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ซึ่งในข้อตกลงนี้เรียกว่า “บริษัทซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงร่วมมือกันด้านวิชาการ วิจัย การพัฒนานักศึกษา และการพัฒนาระบบงานฟาร์มเชิงธุรกิจ เมื่อวันที่ ๑๑ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๘ ณ คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสกลนคร โดยมีสาระสำคัญดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ ๑. คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนา บุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนากิจกรรมด้านวิชาการร่วมกัน
ข้อ ๒. คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนา บุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนากิจกรรมด้านการวิจัย นวัตกรรม ผลิตภัณฑ์ และศูนย์สปาร่วมกัน
ข้อ ๓. คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนา บุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการพัฒนานักศึกษาเพื่อเป็นบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติ บัณฑิตต้นทุนต่ำ บัณฑิตผู้ประกอบการ และพัฒนาบัณฑิตเพื่อเป็นทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคมร่วมกัน
ข้อ ๔. คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนา บุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาอาชีพของกลุ่มเกษตรกร เครือข่ายเกษตรกร และวิสาหกิจชุมชน ร่วมกันในเชิงพาณิชย์
ข้อ ๕. คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนา บุคลากรไวท์เฮอริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนางานฟาร์มเชิงธุรกิจ และศูนย์สาธิตเกษตรกรครบวงจร เพื่อเป็นแหล่งศึกษาดูงานและฝึกงานนักศึกษา ภายใต้การสนับสนุนด้านวิชาการร่วมกัน



ข้อ ๖. คณะทรัพยกรธรรมชาติ และ บริษัท ซีบีพีเวิลด์ จำกัด สถาบันพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสังคม และสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรไวท์เฮอร์ริเทจ ได้ตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ทั้งด้านการอบรมด้านกรอบแนวคิดการทำงานเป็นทีม และการศึกษาดูงานด้านระบบธุรกิจ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทรัพยากรทุนมนุษย์สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืน
ข้อตกลงนี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับ มีข้อความอย่างเดียวกัน เมื่อทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความโดยตลอดแล้วจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อพร้อมทั้งประทับตราไว้เป็นสำคัญและเก็บไว้ฝ่ายละ ๑ ฉบับ โดยบันทึกข้อตกลงนี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา ๔ ปี
