เมื่อใดที่นายหน้าประกันชีวิต ปฏิบัต

เมื่อใดที่นายหน้าประกันชีวิต ปฏิบัติฝ่าฝืน หรือ ละเว้นไม่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญานี้ ตามระเบียบ หรือ ข้อบังคับของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของนายหน้าประกันชีวิต และบริษัทไม่ได้เรียกร้อง หรือ บังคับอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดแก่นายหน้าประกันชีวิตตามสิทธิของบริษัทในคราวนั้น ไม่ถือว่าบริษัทได้สละสิทธิหรือยินยอมให้นายหน้าประกันชีวิตสามารถปฏิบัติฝ่าฝืน หรือ ละเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดังกล่าวในคราวต่อไปได้ และไม่ตัดสิทธิบริษัทในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหาย(ถ้ามี)จากนายหน้าประกันชีวิต
