บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของคนงานและการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย กรณีศึกษาสถานประกอบกิจการหล่อพระ ตำบลนาโพธิ์ อำเภอเสลภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ คนงานจำนวน 35 คนและขั้นตอนการทำงานในสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 5 ขั้นตอน ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลพฤติกรรมความปลดภัยในการทำงานของคนงาน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ จำนวน,ร้อยละและบงชี้อันตรายด้วยวี Check List ในสภาพแวดล้อมทั่วไปและขั้นตอนการทำงาน เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงตามแบบฟอร์มของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พบว่า พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของคนงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยที่มีการปฏิบัติทุกครั้งมากที่สุดคือ คนงานแต่งการด้วยเสื้อผ้ารัดกุมก่อนปฏิบัติงานคิดเป็นร้อยละ82.86 และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยที่ไม่เคยปฏิบัติเลยมากที่สุด คือ คนงานไม่สวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันขณะทำงาน คิดเป็นร้อยละ20.00พฤติกรรมที่ไม่ควรปฏิบัติเลยในการทำงาน แต่ยังพบว่าคนงานมีการปฏิบัติเป็นบางครั้ง ได้แก่การสูบบุหรี่ระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน ปฏิบัติงานในขณะที่เจ็บป่วย ส่วนการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย พบประเด็นที่เป็นความเสี่ยงปานกลางได้แก่สถานที่ทำงานมีฝุ่นฟุ้งกระจายทั่วไปในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีอาหารวางในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน ไม่มีป้ายบอกประเภทขยะ การติดตั้งถังดับเพลิงไม่ถูกต้อง
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ ในส่วนของพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยเจ้าของสถานประกอบการควรออกกฎระเบียบเรื่องการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล จัดให้มีกิจกรรมอบอุ่นร่างกายก่อนปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้งจัดบริเวณรับประทานอาหารแยกจากพื้นที่การทำงาน และในส่วนการประเมินความเสี่ยง เจ้าของสถานประกอบการควรจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัย และควรจัดทำแผนบริหารความเสี่ยงเพื่อลดและควบคุมความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดจากการประกอบกิจการ ทั้งนี้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรกำหนดมาตรการด้านกฎหมาย/ข้อบัญญัติที่เชื่อมโยงกับคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการสาธารณสุขตามพระราชบัญญัติการสาธารณสุข พ.ศ.2535 เพื่อควบคุมสถานประกอบกิจการให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของคนงานในสถานประกอบการหล่อพระต่อไป
