บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (๑) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมหลังการรับประทานอาหารของนักเรียนโรงเรียนพลาญชัยพิทยาคม (๒) เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการรับประทานอาหารของนักเรียนโรงเรียนพลาญชัยพิทยาคม (๓) เพื่อหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่นักเรียนกระทำขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนพลาญชัยพิทยาคมจำนวน ๓๐ คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มเอา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (๑) สาเหตุของพฤติกรรมหลังการรับประทานอาหารของนักเรียน คือ นักเรียนไม่เก็บจานหลังการรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ จาการสำรวจพบว่าปัญหาส่วนมากอยู่ที่ตัวของนักเรียนเอง คือ เกิดจากความมักง่ายของตัวนักเรียน การขาดความเอาใจใส่ หรือขาดระเบียบวินัยของตัวนักเรียนเอง (๒) วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมหลังการรับประทานอาหารของนักเรียนโรงเรียนพลาญชัยพิทยาคม การจะสามารถแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวต้องแก้ปัญหาที่ต้นเหตุก็คือตัวของนักเรียน คือ การฝึกให้นักเรียนรู้จักระเบียบวินัย ชี้แจงต่อนักเรียนว่าให้นำจานที่รับประทานเสร็จแล้วมาเก็บ ออกบทลงโทษที่ชัดเจน จัดครูเวรคอยควบคุมดูแล จัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ถึงข้อดีข้อเสียของการเก็บจาน
