ข้อ 1. การว่าจ้าง

ข้อ 2. กาหนดเวลาการก่อสร้าง

กำหนด 45 วัน โดยเริ่มนับจากวันเริ่มงานวันแรก และได้มิเตอร์นํ้า – ไฟ เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทั้งนี้หากเกิดความล่าช้าของงานซึ่งมีเหตุอันมิได้เป็นความผิดของผู้รับจ้าง เช่น การขอแก้ไขและเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบ และ/หรือ เพิ่มเติมงานก่อสร้างของผู้ว่าจ้างในระหว่างการก่อสร้างผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงขยายเวลาการก่อสร้างออกไปเท่ากับเวลาที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสียไปเพราะเหตุดังกล่าว
