3. ขอบเขตงาน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบ และวางแผนกระบวนงานเชิงธุรกิจใหม่ และแผนการดำเนินการการก่อสร้าง ของกสทช. ประกอบด้วย
3.1 จัดหาและติดตั้งห้องทดสอบอุปกรณ์ Digital TV-Set-Top-Box พร้อมเครื่องมือทดสอบ คอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆตามเอกสารแนบ 1 โดยจะต้องแจ้งชื่อ ยี่ห้อของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และข้อกำหนดทางวิศวกรรม รวมทั้งแนบแคตตาล็อกของอุปกรณ์หลักที่เสนอมาเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

3.12 การบำรุงรักษาห้องทดสอบ และระบบงานทดสอบผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องดำเนินการรับประกันผลงาน และบำรุงรักษางานในโครงการดังนี้
3.12.1 รับประกันและบำรุงรักษาห้องทดสอบ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, ซอร์ฟแวร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่จัดหาในโครงการนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 5ปี นับถัดจากวันที่ตรวจรับงวดงานสุดท้ายแล้วเสร็จโดยเป็นบริการแบบ On Site Service และรับประกันบริการภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงหลังจากเมื่อได้รับแจ้งเป็นทางการทั้งนี้จะไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ในช่วงเวลารับประกันและบำรุงรักษาดังกล่าว
