หอนาฬิกาเวียดนามอนุสรณ์ เป็นหอนาฬิกาที่ชาวเวียดนามได้สร้างไว้เป็นอนุสรณ์แก่ชาวนครพนม ก่อสร้างสำเร็จในปี พ.ศ 2503
วัตถุประสงค์ของการก่อสร้างหอนาฬิกาแห่งนี้ ก็เพื่อแสดงความระลึกและขอบคุณชาวไทย
สูงประมาณ 50 เมตร ในอดีต บริเวณนี้ถือเป็นศูนย์กลางของเมือง
ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนสุนทรวิจิตร เลียบริมฝั่งแม่น้ำโขง ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองนครพนม
เป็นสัญลักษณ์อีกอย่างหนึ่งของเมืองนครพนมโดดเด่นเป็นสง่า

เป็นโบสถ์คริสต์ที่มีความเก่าแก่สวยงามแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดนครพนม ตั้งอยู่บริเวณริมเขื่อนแม่น้ำโขง ถนนสุนทรวิจิตร ซึ่งเป็นถนนเรียบริมฝั่งแม่น้ำโขง ที่บ้านหนองแสง ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองนครพนม ฝั่งตรงข้ามคือประเทศลาว ก่อสร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1926 โดยบาทหลวงเอดัวร์ นำลาภ อธิการโบสถ์
