ข้อ 20. เมื่อเริ่มจัดเก็บค่าใช้จ่าย ตามข้อ 16. ให้คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านจัดสรรจัดทำบัญชีตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไปในแต่ละเดือน เก็บไว้ ณ สำนักงานนิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรร
การจัดทำบัญชีตามวรรคหนึ่ง ต้องมีรายการแสดงงบรายรับ รายจ่าย ตามมาตรฐานหลักการบัญชี และงบดุลเกี่ยวกับ สินทรัพย์ หนี้สินและส่วนของสมาชิกด้วย โดยกำหนดให้วันที่ ........................ ของทุกปีเป็นวันสิ้นงวดทางบัญชีของนิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรร
ข้อ 21.คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านจัดสรรต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจสอบบัญชีรับรองงบดุลและรายรับ รายจ่ายประจำปีโดยผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต และต้อง จัดทำงบประมาณการค่าใช้จ่ายของปีถัดไปเสนอให้ ที่ประชุมใหญ่สมาชิกอนุมัติภายในสี่สิบห้าวัน นับจากวันสิ้นงวดทางบัญชี
ข้อ 22.ให้นิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรรรายงานกิจการ งบดุล บัญชีรายรับ รายจ่ายซึ่งผู้สอบบัญชีได้รับรองแล้ว ต่อคณะกรรมการจัดสรรที่ดิน กรุงเทพมหานคร / คณะกรรมการจัดสรรที่ดินจังหวัด......... ภายในสามเดือน นับแต่วันสิ้นงวดการบัญชีและประกาศรายงานดังกล่าวโดยเปิดเผย ให้สมาชิกทราบ

หมวดที่ 6
สิทธิและหน้าที่ของสมาชิก

ข้อ 24. สมาชิก ประกอบด้วย

ข้อ 26. สมาชิกมีหน้าที่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหาร การจัดการดูแลบำรุงรักษาสาธารณูปโภคและบริการสาธารณะเป็นรายเดือน ตามอัตรา วิธีการ สถานที่และวัน เวลา ที่กำหนดตามข้อบังคับ
