ผมมีความเข้าใจในเรื่อง customer centric มากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งแต่เดิมผมยังยึดติดกับ KPI ของส่วนงาน และ KPI ของบริษัท จนลืมนึกถึงความต้องการ และ ความรู่้สึกของลูกค้าจริงๆ จากนั้นได้มีการ workshop เพื่อรับ feedback จากลูกค้าและหน่วยงานต่างๆมากขึ้น และได้มีการปรับกระบวนการทำงานของหน่วยงานให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าบ้างแล้ว และกำลังจะทำต่อเนื่องไปเรื่อยๆ
