โครงงานเรื่อง การสำรวจการใช้ภาษาวัยรุ่นในสื่อออนไลน์ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเป็นการรวบรวมและเผยแพร่คำศัพท์ที่วัยรุ่นใช้กันในปัจจุบัน และเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักในการใช้ภาษาไทยให้ถูกต้องตามราชบัณฑิตยสถาน ซึ่งขั้นตอนการดำเนินโครงงานมีดังนี้ ผู้ศึกษานำ เสนอหัวข้อโครงงานต่อ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโครงงานเพื่อขอคำแนะนำและกำหนดขอบเขตในการทำโครงงาน ผู้ศึกษาโครงงานวิเคราะห์หัวข้อโครงงานเพื่อกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของ กำหนดกลุ่มประชากร ซึ่งได้กำหนดกลุ่มประชากร คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 โรงเรียนปทุมราชวงศา จำนวน 36 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 โรงเรียนปทุมราชวงศาภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา2558 จำนวน 36 คน สร้างเครื่องมือการวิจัย การสร้างเครื่องมือการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยศึกษาจากหลักการ ทฤษฎี แนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจำแนกว่าควรสร้างเครื่องมือวัดด้านใดบ้าง ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 โรงเรียนปทุมราชวงศา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา2558จำนวน 36 คน ที่ต้องการศึกษา การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผู้ศึกษาโครงงานนำเครื่องมือที่สร้างขึ้น ให้นักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ตอบแบบสอบถามและเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง เพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำมาจัดทำโครงงาน สรุปผลการศึกษา และนำเสนอผลการศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและเขียนสรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล นำเสนอเป็นรูปเล่ม และนำเสนอผลงานต่ออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเพื่อรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และการสรุปผลจากการศึกษาเรื่อง การสำรวจการใช้ภาษาวัยรุ่นในสื่อออนไลน์ จากการตอบแบบสอบถามที่ปรากฏการใช้คำของวัยรุ่นคือ คำสแลงหรือคำคะนองที่พบในอินเตอร์เน็ตหรือสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ต่างๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงภาษาของวัยรุ่นที่ใช้ในปัจจุบัน รวบรวมและเผยแพร่ คำศัพท์ที่วัยรุ่นใช้กันในปัจจุบัน และเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักในการใช้ภาษาไทยให้ถูกต้องตามราชบัณฑิตยสถานกิตติกรรมประกาศการศึกษาโครงงาน เรื่อง การสำรวจการใช้ภาษาวัยรุ่นในสื่อออนไลน์ เล่มนี้สำเร็จลุล่วงโดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์เป็นอย่างดี จากอาจารย์ บุญโต นาดี ซึ่งได้กรุณาให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแนวคิดวิธีการ และเสียสละเวลาอันมีค่านั้นมาแก้ไข แนะนำข้อบกพร่องของเนื้อหาด้วยความเอาใจใส่อย่างดียิ่ง ผู้จัดทำขอขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างสูง ณ โอกาสนี้ขอขอบพระคุณผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบ้านหนองอีดำ และคณะครูทุกท่านที่ได้ให้การสนับสนุนการดำเนินการศึกษาโครงการเล่มนี้สำเร็จไปได้
