สัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง นายสรยุทธ เชี่ยวชาญสุวรรณ อายุ 27ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 831/62 ถนนเพชรบุรี
แขวงถนนพญาไท เขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งต่อไปนี้ในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ให้เช่า” ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับ
นางสาวรวยรื่น ชมภูฆัง อายุ 46 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 89/83 ถนนวัชรพล แขวงคลองถนน เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร
ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้เช่า” ฝ่ายหนึ่งคู่สัญญาทั้ง2ฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญาดังมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
1. ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่า และ ผู้เช่าตกลงเช่า พื้นที่ภายในอาคารซึ่งตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 14/25-29 ถนนเพชรบุรี
แขวงถนนพญาไท เขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานคร ชั้นที่1 ซอย6 ห้องเลขที่1 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญาจะเรียกว่า
“สถานที่เช่า”
2. สัญญาเช่า มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 1(หนึ่ง)ปี นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2557 จนถึงครบกำหนดวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม2557
3. ผู้เช่าตกลงชำระค่าเช่าให้แก่ ผู้ให้เช่า เป็นการล่วงหน้า ภายในวันที่1ของทุกเดือนปฏิทิน ในอัตราเดือนละ
5,000บาท (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน)
4. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเช่าสถานที่เช่าตามข้อ1 แห่งสัญญาฯนี้ เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจ จำหน่ายเสื้อผ้าบูติคแฟชั่นสำเร็จรูป ทุกชนิด อนึ่ง การประกอบธุรกิจอื่นใดที่นอกเหนือจากธุรกิจดังกล่าว ผู้เช่า ต้องได้รับอนุญาตจาก ผู้ให้เช่า เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนถึงจะดำเนินการได้
5. ในวันทำสัญญานี้ ผู้เช่า ได้ชำระเงินประกันสัญญาเช่า ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า เป็นเงินจำนวน 5,000 บาท (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน)
เงินประกันสัญญาเช่า ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนให้แก่ผู้เช่าเมื่อครบกำหนดสัญญาเช่า โดยผู้เช่าต้องไม่ติดค้างชำระค่าเช่าและ/หรือหนี้สิน และ ภาระอื่นใดต่อผู้ให้เช่า และได้ขนย้ายทรัพย์สินบริวารออกจากสถานที่เช่า รวมทั้งได้ส่งมอบกุญแจและสถานที่เช่า ตามสัญญานี้แล้ว ในกรณี ผู้เช่า ติดค้างชำระหนี้ตามสัญญานี้ ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่ายึดเงินประกันสัญญาเช่าทั้งหมดไว้เพื่อสำหรับชำระหนี้ดังกล่าวได้ หากไม่เพียงพอ ผู้เช่ายินยอมชดใช้หนี้ในส่วนที่ขาดอยู่ให้แก ผู้ให้เช่าจนหมดสิ้น
6. ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่าจะปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและกฎข้อบังคับการใช้ สถานที่เช่า ตามที่ผู้ให้เช่ากำหนดไว้ทุกประการ

8. ผู้เช่า ยินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่า หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่า เข้าไปในสถานที่เช่าเพื่อการซ่อมแซม ตรวจตราความเรียบร้อยหรือทำการระงับและป้องกันภยันตรายภายในสถานที่เช่าได้ โดยมิต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
9. ผู้เช่า จะไม่โอนสิทธิ์การเช่า หรือ การครอบครอบสถานที่เช่า ให้บุคคลใดเช่าช่วงหรือครอบครองแทน ไม่ว่าจะได้ค่าตอบแทนหรือไม่ก็ตาม
