เมื่อวันที่ 07/08/2015 พนักงานชื่อนายชาญชัย พรนิคม, นายอภิเชษฐ์ ป้องเศร้า ออกเดินทางจากบริษัทฯ เพื่อไปทำงานที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ขณะที่เดินทางไปถึง อำเภอแม่พริก จังหวัดลำปาง โดยขับรถกระบะวีโก้ 4 ประตู สีขาว เลขทะเบียน 3กพ 7010 กทม. มีนายอภิเชษ เป็นผู้ขับและ นายชาญชัย เป็นผู้โดยสารร่วม เมื่อพนักงานขับรถไปถึงอำเภอแม่พริก จังหวัดลำปาง มีฝนตกตลอดทางพื้นถนนชำรุดทำให้มีน้ำขังและลื่น ขณะนั้นมีรถ 10 ล้ออยู่ข้างหน้า (เลนขวา) พนักงานต้องการจะแซงรถ 10 ล้อ จึงเร่งความเร็วขึ้นเบี่ยงรถออกซ้ายแต่รถเสียหลัก พนักงานพยายามประคองรถอยู่หลายรอบแต่ไม่ได้ผล ทำให้รถวิ่งออกข้างถนนพุ่งเข้าเสาไฟฟ้า รถยนต์เสียหาย มีพนักงานศีรษะแตก 1 คน และอีก 1 คนบาดเจ็บเล็กน้อย
การแก้ไขป้องกัน
1. จัดฝึกอบรม หลักสูตร “การขับรถเชิง ป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ” เพื่อปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกด้านการขับขี่ให้ปลอดภัย ให้กับพนักงานทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่ต้องมีการขับขี่รถยนต์ในระหว่างการทำงาน เพื่อออกหน้างานหรือติดต่อประมานงานกับลูกค้า
