เรื่องหลักเกณฑ์การส่งลูกจ้างไปฝึกงานในต่างประเทศและการส่งลูกจ้างเดินทางกลับ
โดยบทบัญญัติมาตรา 49 ทวิ วรรค 4 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดหางานและคุ้มครองคนหางาน พ.ศ. 2548
ตามที่บริษัท ฯ ได้ส่ง ส่งนายภูมินทร์ สมมาตร์ และ นายสมภพ นุชรอด ไปฝึกงานตำแหน่ง ช่างเทคนิค ณ ประเทศ เม็กซิโก มีกำหนดเวลา 21 วัน โดยลูกจ้างจะเริ่มฝึกงานในตำแหน่งดังกล่าวตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 กันยายน 2559 จนถึงวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2559 บริษัท ตกลงจ่ายค่าจ้างในประเทศไทย และเบี้ยเลี้ยงระหว่างฝึกงานในต่างประเทศให้แก่ลูกจ้าง ณ สถานที่ฝึกงานของลูกจ้างในต่างประเทศ/สำหรับค่าจ้างจ่ายเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของลูกจ้างในประเทศไทยภายในวันที่ 27 ของเดือนตามอัตราดังต่อไปนี้
1. จ่ายค่าจ้าง ตามอัตราค่าจ้าง ของลูกจ้างในประเทศไทย
2. เบี้ยเลี้ยง เดือนละ 20,000 บาท (สองหมื่นบาทถ้วน) โดยคิดคำนวณตามระยะที่ฝึกงานจริงคือ 21 วัน เป็นจำนวนเงิน 14,000 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท)
3. นอกเหนือจากค่าจ้าง เบี้ยเลี้ยงข้อ 2 แล้วนายจ้างตกลงจัดที่พักที่เหมาะสมและอาหารวันละ 3 มื้อ ให้ลูกจ้างด้วย
4. นายจ้างตกลงเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายของลูกจ้างในการเดินทางไปฝึกงานต่างประเทศและระหว่างฝึกงานอยู่ต่างประเทศตามระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
