ตามที่สหภาพแรงงาน เอพีอาร์ ระยอง ประสงค์จะนัดเจรจาข้อพิพาทแรงงานนอกรอบ เพื่อยุติข้อพิพาทก่อนถึงวันกำหนดนัดเจรจาข้อพิพาทแรงงานครั้งที่ 3 ในวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2559 ที่สำนักงานสวัสดิการ และคุ้มครองแรงงาน จังหวัดระยอง
