มาตรา 11 บุคคลซึ่งเดินทางเข้ามาในหรือออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรจะต้องเดินทางเข้ามาหรือออกไปตามช่องทาง ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง เขตท่าสถานี หรือท้องที่และตามกำหนดเวลา ทั้งนี้ ตามที่รัฐมนตรีจะได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
