ขั้นตอนการทดลอง
การดำเนินการสร้างงานวิจัยสภาพแวดล้อมและสภาวะจิตใจกับการเจริญเติบโตและพฤติกรรมของหนูแฮมสเตอร์ มีขั้นตอนการดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้
1.หาข้อมูลหรือรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อเลือกหัวข้อวิจัยและทำการวิจัย
2.ซื้อหนูแฮมสเตอร์จำนวน 9 ตัวและจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ในการเลี้ยงคือ กรง ถาดอาหาร ขวดใส่น้ำ ขี้เลื่อย ทราย อาหารหนูและล้อหมุนสำหรับออกกำลังกาย
3.จัดหนูแฮมสเตอร์ให้อยู่ในกรง 3 กรงแบ่งเป็นกรงละ 3 ตัว
4ชั่งน้ำหนักตัวก่อนเริ่มการทดลอง ในวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2556 .
5.ในช่วงวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2556 – 2 สิงหาคม 2556 เราจะวางหนูไว้เพื่อให้หนูปรับตัวและในวันที่2 สิงหาคม 2556 จะทำการสังเกตพฤติกรรม
6.ในช่วงวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2556 – 9 สิงหาคม 2556 โดยที่กรงแรกจะเปิดเพลงสบายๆ(เพลงช้า)ให้ฟังเพลงวันละ 3 ชั่วโมง กรงที่ 2 จะเปิดเพลงร็อก(เพลงเร็ว) ให้ฟังเพลงวันละ 3 ชั่วโมง โดยจะให้ฟังในเวลา 17.00 น.-20.00 น. กรงที่ 3 จะเป็นกรงควบคุมคือจะไม่เปิดเพลงใดๆเลย
7.ให้อาหารครั้งละ 45 กรัม/กรง โดยจะให้วันเว้นวัน. และให้น้ำวันละ 1 ขวด(ขวดสำหรับใส่น้ำหนูแฮมสเตอร์)
8.สังเกตพฤติกรรม ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมการกินอาหารและน้ำ พฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย ของหนูแฮมสเตอร์ทุกตัวทุกๆ 3 วันโดยสังเกตจากปริมาณอาหารที่เหลือ การสังเกตปริมาณอาหารที่เหลือนั้นจะชั่งทุกๆวันที่สังเกตพฤติกรรมในแต่ละวันและกิริยาอาการที่แสดง
9.ชั่งน้ำหนักของหนูแฮมสเตอร์ทุกตัวในวันที่ 9 สิงหาคม 2556
10.บันทึกผลการวิจัย และทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อจัดทำรูปเล่มวิจัย
