ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 172 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้นเอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งสถิติที่ใช้คือ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
จากการศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานฝ่ายการให้บริการผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อไม่มีหลักประกันและร้านค้ารับบัตรธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุการทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปีขึ้นไป และมีอัตราเงินเดือนมากกว่า 40,000 บาท นอกจากนี้พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีความพึงพอใจในการปฎิบัติงานโดยรวมของปัจจัยจูงใจโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความพึงพอใจในการปฎิบัติงานโดยรวมของปัจจัยค้ำจุนโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจการปฏิบัติงานในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยค้ำจุน คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับปานกลาง 7 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับในด้านปัจจัยจูงใจ คือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านสวัสดิการ ด้านลักษณะงาน ด้านค่าตอบแทน และด้านความก้าวหน้าในงาน และเรียงลำดับในด้านปัจจัยค้ำจุน คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และด้านความมั่นคงในงาน
