There seems to have been a fairly large drop off in recording time and activity notes in AL.
Every single interaction with the client and bit of work done on behalf of a client (or potential client) needs to be recorded in AL.
That goes for everyone.
Recording activity notes in AL is not an 'extra' thing you do when you have time, it is as crucial as the work you are doing and needs to be done immediately.
We can't possibly expect our clients to treat us professionally if we can't even master this.
Similarly; look in AL and become accustomed with a client's status before prior to wasting a fellow staff member's time by asking where it's at.
Part B obviously only works if we all record stuff in AL in the first place.
