ตลาดน้ำยามเย็นอัมพวา เป็นตลาดริมคลอง ตั้งอยู่ใกล้วัดอัมพวันเจติยาราม (จอดรถที่วัดอัมพวันเจติยารามได้) ทุกวันศุกร์ เสาร์และอาทิตย์ ในช่วงเวลาเย็นตั้งแต่ช่วงเวลา 02.00-20.00 น. ในคลองอัมพวาจะมีพ่อค้าแม่ค้าพายเรือขายอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม เช่น หอยทอด ก๋วยเตี๋ยว กาแฟ โอเลี้ยง ขนมหวานต่างๆ และมีรถเข็นขายของบนบกด้วย บรรยากาศสบายๆ มีเพลงฟัง จากเสียงตามสายของชาวชุมชน ประชาชนสามารถเดินเที่ยวชมตลาดหาซื้ออาหารรับประทานและเช่าเรือไปเที่ยวชมดูหิงห้อยในยามค่ำคืนได้
ในปี 2550 ชุมชนริมคลองอัมพวา ได้รับรางวัลชมเชย (Honourable Mention) จากการประกวดรางวัลเพื่อการอนุรักษ์มรดกทางวัฒนธรรม ในภูมิภาคเอเชียและแปซิฟิก แห่งองค์การยูเนสโก ประจำปี 2550 (UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards for Culture Heritage Conservation) ซึ่งถือเป็นความสำเร็จในการประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนในการอนุรักษ์อาคารเก่าแก่ที่ทรงคุณค่าและมีความงดงามด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและสะท้อนถึงลักษณะสำคัญทางท้องถิ่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
