บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดระยะเวลารอคอยสินค้าของกระบวนการการจัดการคำสั่งซื้อของบริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยลดเวลารอคอยในการจัดการคำสั่งซื้ออะไหล่เครื่องบิน เครื่องมือหลักในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ Flow chart, Gantt chart, Lean เป็นตัวช่วยในการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการปัจจุบันและออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่โดยใช้ แนวคิดการจำกัดการกำจัดกิจกรรมที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดคุณค่าออกไปจากกระบวนการ เป้าหมายเพื่อให้ได้เวลานำกระบวนการลดลง ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัยประกอบด้วย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการเปิด Requisition form เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2558 ถึง เดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2559 สร้าง Flow chart, Gantt chart ของกระบวนการ วิเคราะห์กระบวนการ โดยพบปัญาหาของการสั่งซื้อส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการรอคอยและความล่าช้าในการดำเนินงาน กระบวนการที่ใช้ระยะเวลาดำเนินงานมากและไม่ก่อให้เกิดคุณค่า คือ Engineering, Heavy maintenance, Line maintenance จึงปรับปรุงกระบวนการโดยใช้หลักการ ECRS ปรับปรุงโดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ เพิ่มโอกาสในการอนุมัติ ของกระบวนการ Engineering, Heavy maintenance, Line maintenance
ผลจากการออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือ เวลานำในกระบวนการ Engineering, Heavy maintenance, Line maintenance ลดลง โดยพบว่าสามารถลดเวลานำได้ 10 ชั่วโมง จาก 12 ชั่วโมง ทำให้เหลือเวลาการดำเนินงานเพียง 2 ชั่วโมง และยังเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดซื้อ
