พันธกิจ :  เพื่อให้บรรลุวิสัยท

พันธกิจ :  เพื่อให้บรรลุวิสัยทัศน์ดังกล่าวโดยอาศัยกรอบภารกิจตามมาตรา 8 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ พุทธศักราช 2547 และกรอบแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติฉบับที่ 11  มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ จึงกำหนดพันธกิจไว้ 5 ประการดังต่อไปนี้

1. ผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความรู้คู่คุณธรรม  สำนึกในความเป็นไทย  มีความรักและผูกพันต่อท้องถิ่น  อีกทั้งส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในชุมชน เพื่อช่วยให้คนในท้องถิ่นรู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง

2. เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของวิชาชีพครู  ผลิตและพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่เหมาะสมกับการเป็นวิชาชีพชั้นสูง

3. ศึกษา วิจัย ส่งเสริมระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน  และสืบสานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ  เพื่อการประสานความร่วมมือและช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัย ชุมชน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น  และองค์กรอื่นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

4. ส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในคุณค่า จิตสำนึกประชาธิปไตย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม  และความภาคภูมิใจในศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาของท้องถิ่นและของชาติ

5.  มหาวิทยาลัยจัดระบบบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลอย่างมีมาตรฐาน และสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้
