การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรมการใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชดำเนินการวิจัยโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความถี่ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาความสัมพันธ์โดยการทดสอบค่า Chi – Square Test และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่า t-test และ F – test (One – Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 57.8 มีอายุในระหว่าง 30 – 39 ปี ร้อยละ 28.8 มีการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า ร้อยละ 47.8 ส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเป็นข้าราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ ร้อยละ 38.0 และมีรายได้จากการทำงานระหว่าง 10,001 – 20,000 บาทต่อเดือน ร้อยละ 31.0
2. ผลการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์มือถือระบบ AIS ร้อยละ 56.0 มีการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต ร้อยละ 81.5 มีรูปแบบการใช้บริการเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์แบบเติมเงิน ร้อยละ 58.5 และมีอัตราค่าบริการอยู่ระหว่าง 301 – 500 บาทต่อเดือน ร้อยละ 27.0
3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.43
