1. สร้างชุมชนที่อยู่อาศัยที่สอดคล้องการพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษนครแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก
2. สร้างต้นแบบ (Model) ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษนครแม่สอด จังหวัดตากด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสาธารณูปโภคในเขตเศรษฐกิจ
3. สร้างชุมชนที่อยู่อาศัยที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของประชากรในพื้นที่ และผู้ที่คาดว่าจะเข้ามาอยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษนครแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก
ขอบเขตของการวิจัยและวิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย
